FAQ

Why did you start a blog?

My blog gives voice to my creative side. I want to share my love for food by documenting my trials and errors when I cook in the kitchen and share my experiences when I dine out. My friends always ask me for recommendations where to go eat or where to grab drinks so you’ll find a lot of restaurant reviews on my blog. I love to travel whether it’s out of town, out of state or overseas. Life is too short and it’s time to live life to the fullest. This is my personal blog and my journey to live a delicious life. In a few years, I will look back and see how much I have accomplished and achieved so far.

How did you come up your blog name, Dang that’s Delicious?

My last name is Dang and I get teased every time for it. My last name gets used a lot as an alternative word for darn or damn. Dang! Dang it! Oh, Dang! Ever since 4th grade up until this day, some friends still call me Daaaaaang Donna! They get a chuckle every time saying it. I just rolled my eyes and shake my head. It never gets old. I love delicious food and to give my blog a personal touch, why not incorporate my infamous last name? ;)

What camera and/or lenses do you use?

Starting in 2013, I’ve been using Canon 60D and these lenses: 50mm and 35mm. I also have 28-135mm for everyday lens. When I’m not lugging my DSLR, I take shots with my iPhone5.
